Angela joined the Global Actuarial team in January 2012 and brings over 25 years of marketing and business development experience to the team. She has worked in the USA, Asia and Europe in a range of sectors. Her experience includes 5 years in Financial Services in the UK and Asia, advising on financial planning for individuals and companies.
Angela has also worked with organisations in re-engineering business processes and has completed an introductory course to Lean, attaining her Certificate of Lean Competency from Cardiff University.
Outside of work Angela can be found in her beautiful garden or with her horse, Kentucky, out in the New Forest or mastering her new challenge – sailing.

With 15 years in the Financial Services sector, including roles in the UK, Australia, India and Europe, Jon brings experience in a number of environments including front and back office customer service functions, contact centres, HR, Finance, Actuarial and Support Services.
Jon has worked in a range of projects including process improvement, business process re-engineering, operational excellence and providing accredited Lean and operations management training.
Away from the office Jon is a motorsport and car enthusiast, an avid music fan and enjoys camping and days out with his young daughter.

Pamela joins the Global Actuarial team as a graduate of the University of Cape Town and Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
She has been responsible for delivering projects in Financial Soundness Valuations and Market Consistent Embedded Value for a large international Life firm. Pamela has also been responsible for a team delivering day-to-day actuarial services to the business and has recently moved to a Solvency II project.
In addition to her actuarial qualification, Pamela has been awarded the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) designation, and has taken a special interest in Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining the Global Actuarial team, Pamela served on a national project committee whose aim was to educate statutory actuaries across South Africa about ERM.
Having recently moved to the UK Pamela is enjoying getting to know London and has a long list of European cities she plans to visit.
